Ned’s Club Upstairs chef Konstantin shows us how to BBQ using meats from our friends at HG Walter.

Cooking over a natural flame and getting the food infused with the smoke really makes for a great taste. Konstantin shows us how to grill Iberico pork chop, spiced coq poussin and rib eye on the bone.

Alongside the meats, all you’ll need is a good quality olive oil, salt and pepper. Have a look at the full method and serve a bit of Ned’s Club Upstairs at home.
